Driving Directions:
From I-5:

• Take SR-520 EAST to the Montlake Boulevard Exit.
• Turn LEFT (North) onto Montlake Boulevard, proceed past Husky Stadium.
• Continue on Montlake until it branches LEFT onto 25th Avenue NE.
• On 25th Avenue NE go through two lights and turn RIGHT into University Village. We are located across from Barnes & Noble, South of the clock tower.

From I-405:

• Take SR-520 WEST across Lake Washington to the Montlake Boulevard Exit.
• Go RIGHT (North) onto Montlake Boulevard, proceed past Husky Stadium.
• Continue on Montlake until it branches LEFT onto 25th Avenue NE.
• On 25th Avenue NE go through two lights and turn RIGHT into University Village. We are located across from Barnes & Noble, South of the clock tower.

Summer Closure of NE 45th Street Viaduct, 6/14 - 9/10
Please note that the NE 45th Street Viaduct will be closed this summer from June 14 to September 10 while SDOT replaces the west approach. If you are coming east across 45th Street to University Village, you will need to detour around the closure, as shown below.

• Take 15th Ave NE north to NE 65th Street, turn right on 65th and turn south (right) on 25th Ave NE.
  OR
• Take 15th Ave NE south to NE Pacific Street, turn left on NE Pacific Street and take the turn to the left north on Montlake Boulevard NE
